This is a fun-filled day of marching band and it is so rewarding to see all these talented students from all over Illinois perform! 
 

Signing up is easy to do!

First, please go to Signup.com https://signup.com/go/FBNnPbY and ‘sign up’ for the shift you wish to work for the show. If you can not get in, please email our volunteer coordinator at invitationalvolunteerchair@gmail.com

Volunteer Roster with Assignments

Check In/Check out for the day of the event:
Enter through Door W. A table with volunteers will be stationed outside room 193 to check in. Let them know your name and they will provide you with a badge to wear (and/or a vest for parking team).
The badge holder and vest will need to be turned in, so when you finish your shift, please go back to this table to check out.
If you can stay to do a double shift (or come back for a later one), please let us know when you arrive. (You will get a break.)

Parking:
When you arrive, please enter using the main drive to the school at the front entrance. From there, please proceed straight to the far end lot, past the Spectator parking .

Donations:
Do you like to bake? Maybe just provide snacks? We could use some baked goods to put in our Hospitality rooms. If possible, please provide the items in individually wrapped packages. No NUTS please. Examples: brownies, cookies, cupcakes, pretzels, dried fruit, etc.

Tents & Coolers – if you offered to donate a cooler or pop-up tent, please be sure to have your student’s first and last name marked clearly on the item(s) so we can be sure to get them back to the rightful owner at the end of the day (and Thank You!!).

Please drop them off in the morning between 9-9:30 at Door P to  Dawn Stephens. If you prefer to drop them off the night before, during the football game, please email invitationalvolunteerchair@gmail.com to arrange.

Hospitality room:
Volunteers have a hospitality room to be able to leave personal belongings, grab a snack or some water or just simply take a break in between shifts. Please feel free to use this room as needed. Someone will be stationed outside the room for the entirety of the day.

Volunteer walkthrough

 Walkthroughs are Sunday, 9/10 11:30am-1:00pm and 

Wednesday, 9/13 – 6:30-8:00pm
