Volunteer Opportunities:
Ride on the bus supervising band students to and from the competition. Start and End times are dependent on the competition's itinerary.

Help to load/unload instruments and uniform carts on truck and trailer at PSHS. Start & end times dependent on competition itinerary.

Volunteer Opportunities:
Attend the competition to help unload/load truck and trailer. Setup/take down sound system and drum major podium for the band's performance. Some may be inside A-frames during performance if it is a windy day. Start/end times dependent on competition itinerary.

We need a total of 4 cases of water donated (at least 24 bottles each of the 16 oz) to be handed out to the students during the competition. Please drop off in the band room preferably the Thursday rehearsal prior to competition or else the morning of the competition.

Setup tasks could include things such as: signage, tables, chairs, cones, barricades, tents, water coolers, run extension cords, etc.

Tasks may include guiding buses/trailers to their designated parking positions and/or guiding visitors to open parking spots.
