🖐🏻 Football Game - 8th Grader Night
Volunteer Opportunities:
Setup, move to/from the stadium and provide control of the props during the performance. Need 2 people in each of the 4 A-frames to hold down during the performance; two of the A-frames don’t move this year and the other two only spin.

Volunteer Opportunities:
Move sound system and assist front ensemble with instruments to/from the stadium, set up drum major's sound system in the stands, set up sound system on the field for the half time performance (3 people) and set up Drum Major’s podium (2 people).

Volunteer Opportunities:
Ensure safety for the band moving from the band room to/from the stadium, stopping traffic using our lighted wands. 2 in front of the band to stop traffic near concessions, 2 at the stop signs near the stadium, 2 in the parking lot near the stadium and 1 walking behind the band preventing cars from driving beside the band.

We need a total of 4 cases of water donated (at least 24 bottles each of the 16 oz) to be handed out to the students during the game. Please drop off inside the band room before 5:45 PM.

Pass out bottled water to students in stands during the game.

Volunteer Opportunities:
Ride on the bus supervising band students to and from the competition. Start and End times are dependent on the competition's itinerary.

Help to load/unload instruments and uniform carts on truck and trailer at PSHS. Start & end times dependent on competition itinerary.

Volunteer Opportunities:
Attend the competition to help unload/load truck and trailer. Setup/take down sound system and drum major podium for the band's performance. Some may be inside A-frames during performance if it is a windy day. Start/end times dependent on competition itinerary.
